Operational time is when our animals begin serving guests. There are no breaks for the time contracted for.

Our animals can serve beverages, party favors, snacks that are individually wrapped, programs, fans, etc. that YOU PROVIDE. We do not sell alcohol. Our certified servers can serve alcohol if that is what you provide. We can serve wine or champagne if the bottles are opened beforehand. We do not supply any beverages or supplies in their baskets.

Our animals wear a "potty bag" that hides sight and smell. This is a discrete black bag that is tucked under the tail to ensure that we "leave no trace" at your gorgeous venue.

We ensure a rested, healthy, and happy animal who is ready to serve your guests. Although we take your preferences into consideration, we cannot allow you to pick your animal, as a variety of factors go into which pair will serve your event that day.

We currently only book a pair of animals together, as they prefer to work with a friend.

Once you have finalized your package and filled out the event detail form, we will send you an official contract to sign. A 50% deposit is required at that time to reserve your date. We cannot hold until we have that deposit. $500 of this deposit is non-refundable. Payments can be made via Venmo, Credit Card (3% fee), Cash, or Check. Final payments are due no later than 7 days prior to your event. This amount can be refunded up to 24 hours before the event.

We want to make sure our handlers and animals are safe. If there is weather that puts our animals at risk, we have the discretion to cancel.

If the event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, your payment will be refunded.

If the event is completely cancelled mid-event, we will prorate the time we were there and send you a refunded amount for what we missed.

If the event is cancelled by the client on the day of the event, the full balance is non-refundable.

Our on-farm parties can take place at our barn and/or our lakeside pavilion at 5898 Roby Road, Philpot, KY 42366.

The Classic Celebration is the classic birthday package. We provide the venue for 1.5 hours, you provide the fun! This Classic Celebration includes a guided tour with our cows, sheep and donkeys.

The Signature Celebrations are add-on packages that include an additional hour of horseback riding or tea party with our concierges.

Due to the nature of these activities, these celebrations are curated for up to 12 children. Each additional child is an additional cost, as we will need to hire additional guides to have present at the party for safety.

Yes. Adults are required. We require that there is a 1:4 ratio of children: adults in each party. If you have a child under 4-years-old, that child must have an adult 1-on-1 for safety around livestock and large bodies of water.
